Wonny Yoon

Woof and Meow—I’m Dr. Yoon. 

I'm a licensed veterinarian in South Korea,  Australia, Canada, and the US. I have traveled extensively around the world, gaining extensive experience in small animal practice as well as emergency medicine. 
I finished my studies at the University of Melbourne in 2014 and later completed a Master’s in Clinical Animal Behavior at the University of Edinburgh.

I relocated to Dallas with my husband, our two children, and our Border Collie, Toby. My top priority as a veterinarian is the Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR).

I believe that the VCPR forms the foundation of quality veterinary medicine. It ensures that each treatment plan is built not only on medical expertise, but also on the owner’s knowledge of their pet and the pet’s individual needs. This partnership enables me to deliver the best possible care while respecting the unique values, circumstances, and goals of each family.

I’m passionate about building trusting relationships and helping families enjoy long, happy lives with their animals.
