Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Payment must be made in-person by the cardholder.

Pre-payment may be required before services are performed.

We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy

Vetsavers Pet Hospital - Dallas requires 24-hours notice during business hours for appointment cancellations or to reschedule doctors appointments. A Late Cancel fee of $39 will be applied to your account if you cancel/reschedule within the 24-hours of your scheduled appointment.

No-Show appointments will have a No Show fee of $39 applied to their account.

For scheduled surgical or dental cleaning procedures, we require 72-hours notice. Cancellation within the 72-hours will result in forfeiture of your surgery deposit.
